Description

We are looking for a Cold Emailing Expert capable of running high-volume, high-deliverability campaigns in high-risk or iGaming-related environments.

This role is for outreach hackers who understand inbox placement, warm-up strategies, and CRM-driven performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage cold email campaigns end-to-end

• Email domain & inbox warm-up strategies

• CRM setup and pipeline management

• Lead segmentation and personalization

• Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, conversions

• Optimize copy, sequences, and sending infrastructure

• Ensure clean tracking and reporting

• Continuously test and improve outreach strategies

Required Skills

• Proven experience in cold emailing at scale

• Strong knowledge of email warm-up & deliverability

• CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)

• Data-driven approach with clear KPIs

• Experience in iGaming or high-risk businesses is a strong plus

• Autonomous, structured, and result-oriented

• English proficiency required
