Description

We’re looking for an Elite Ads & Media Buying Expert who knows how to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI in restricted, high-risk, iGaming environments.

This role is for media-buying pirates who know how to adapt, bypass limitations, test aggressively, and scale what works.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, native, alternative networks, etc.)

• Media buying in high-risk / restricted verticals

• Funnel optimization & conversion tracking

• Advanced tracking setup (pixels, postbacks, attribution)

• A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and offers

• Identify new traffic sources & growth opportunities

• Monitor CPA, ROAS, LTV, and player quality

• Produce clear, structured performance reports

Required Skills

• Strong experience in iGaming ads or high-risk media buying

• Deep understanding of tracking & attribution

• Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns

• Comfortable working around ad platform restrictions

• Analytical mindset with clean reporting

• Fast learner, adaptable, and creative problem-solver

• English proficiency required
